I’m just listing the features announced by the developers and the Help document. So if a part doesn’t work or if you’re not sure, I won’t be able to help you figure it out.
The application itself opens in Compact Mode, like a toolbar. From here, you can select the views you want and keep them. When you open the application, it will ask you to disable the desktop icons for better usability. The main features that BS1 Enterprise Accounting offers are:

You can open an application from the drop-down list and set the toolbar to the most frequently used options. Examples are: AR toolbar has buttons for Customers, Invoices, Payments, and Reports. For example, the Sales Order can be printed out for the customer’s approval. When the order is approved, it changes to order and prints out by the shipping department. The invoice gets created automatically with the shipping data. Scheduling of shipments, purchasing, and manufacturing is facilitated by a report showing current inventory levels, sales orders, purchase orders, and manufacturing orders. We can define our financial statements through the setup process. The software is also bundled with sample data, and there is an optional Getting Started wizard to assist with entering initial live data. When you first open the application, it will choose to select the Sample data or create a new one. I recommend you go through the sample data to understand the application better.
